Does the class only work the arms?
No! It's a full body cardio workout which burns up to 600 calories a class.
Where are classes held?
Rainworth & Newark currently with new class locations added based on demand.
How much does a class cost?
A one hour class costs £7, a 45 minute class costs £6.50.
How do I book a class?
Text 07581 244 270 stating the location, date & time of the class you wish to book.
What should I wear / bring to the class?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise & trainers.
Bring a bottle of water too.

4 HOUR DRUMATHON RAISES OVER £10,000!
On Saturday 26th November over 50 people united to participate in a 4 hour long sponsored DRUMFITT Drumathon.
The event raised over £10,000 with money being split equally between The Teenage Cancer Trust, The John Eastwood Hospice and also the purchase of a reconditioned anaesthetic machine for a village in Africa which will save many lives.
The event was held in memory of Marie Louise Sparrow, a young woman that lost a long fought battle with cancer in 2018 aged just 27.
